Over the past several years, I have gained solid experience in outbound calling for appointment setting, particularly during my time as a Business Development Representative at BDC, USA LLC and as an Outbound Sales Representative at Advanced Funds Network. I spent approximately 3 years making outbound calls to engage leads and set appointments, as well as responding to leads via email, SMS, and chat. The goal was always to set up appointments and guide clients through the initial steps of our services.

Regarding sales, I have about 4 years of experience in sales-related roles. I started in lead generation and later transitioned into a marketing assistant role. My experience spans industries such as financial services (lending and funding products), auto sales, and digital marketing solutions. In these roles, I honed my sales, customer engagement, and communication skills.

Additionally, I have over 6 years of experience working in BPO and freelance positions, which has helped me develop strong self-discipline and organizational skills. I’ve worked with various tools like QuickBase, RingCentral, LinkedIn, Call tools, Vicci Dialer, Slack, ClickUp, and HubStaff to manage tasks and track customer interactions.
