- I spearhead in collaborating with KOLs especially those who belong in the macro and mega tier. When I say macro and mega, they are the influencers who are popular on TikTok which includes the celebrities and viral stars.
- i facilitate end-to-end influencer campaigns which include sourcing of KOLs suitable for the campaign, reaching out to them, connecting, communicating and maintaining a good relationship with them
- part of my job is to negotiate KOL rates to ensure that the campaign is running within the given budget
- i train the new hires to make sure that they can adapt fast on the day-to-day work requirements that we have since speed is important when it comes to influencer campaigns especially that there is a kpi to meet.
- i check video drafts submitted by KOLs, ensuring that the content brief is being followed, provide necessary revisions to improve the quality of their videos. Working with big KOLs on the other hand, we allow them to have content freedom because they know their audience well.
- I create content briefs aligned with the products being promoted. identifying different content angles that can help increase the impression and engagement of the videos.
