Profile Description

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Management.I also finished my Master’s Degree in Management.I am currently employed as Registration Officer II of the Municipal Civil Registrar in a Local Government Unit in Davao de Oro, Philippines.I have previous writing experiences while I was working in the Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator’s Office.  I was able to write development plans, annual reports, project proposals and coordinate them with other agencies concerned. Overtime, in made me developed coordination, verbal and communication skills.I believe that learning is a never-ending process.  This prompted me to seek for freelancing opportunities outside my job which has been my comfort zone for nearly 25 years.  I have attended several online courses about copywriting, graphic design using canva and social media management.  They are basic courses though but I aim to keep improving my skills so I continue to grow.Currently, my job is focused more on the processing of Petition for Correction of Clerical Error in birthdates and gender, Change of First Name in birth, marriage and death certificates. With this, I have learned to be detail-oriented and accurate as one mistake can  greatly affect the outcome of the petition. As a part-time freelancer, I can work 15-20 hours a week.  I can deliver both short and long-term projects.  I am a team player.  Eager to learn.  I have long disciplined myself to always meet deadlines.  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).  As I enter the world of freelancing, my goal is to help clients achieve their career and professional goals by giving them value for their money and satisfaction.
