Profile Description

My name is Upgrade to see actual info, and I am writing to express my interest as Virtual Assistant. I recently completed a Virtual Assistant Training Program and have obtained a certificate in that field. Although, I do not have an experience as a Virtual Assistant but I believe that my work experience as a Logistics Officer and Claims Admin Associate will suffice and equipped me with the necessary skills and knowledge required for this role.
During my time as a Logistics Officer, I have performed a wide range of task including managing calendars, email management, scheduling client appointments and supplier’s appointments and organizing the inventory and warehouse through excel. During my time as a Claims Admin Associate, I performed various task such as calling the policy owner and financial adviser for getting and updating necessary paper claims, emailing requirements and keeping the claims accurately and timeous manner. I believe that these experiences have provided me a strong foundation for excelling in a Virtual Assistant Role. I am proficient with various software tools,such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Forms & Calendars, Project Management Software, Zoom and MS Teams.
