Dispatch/Data Entry/sales analyst

On my past experience we do have weekly and monthly analysis on our sales performance. Write down the the cause and come up with ways how to cope up with negative sales.

Taking calls , answer direct inquiries and costumer complaints.

On my past job we used Microsoft office excel PowerPoint and word. And I am now currently researching on the uses and functions of google docs ,sheets, slides and forms

For my past experience speed typing was not really necessary but more on accuracy every time I write reports. But I regularly practice typing exercises and use an online flat form to improve my speed.
