My background in both community service and hospitality training helped me develop strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

During my Sales and Marketing On-the-Job Training in the hospitality industry, I supported promotional campaigns, guest relations, reservations, and customer engagement initiatives while collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth operations. I’m highly organized, adaptable, and quick to learn new tools and processes. I take pride in being dependable, maintaining professionalism, and delivering quality work efficiently. I’m eager to contribute my skills in administrative support, customer service, marketing assistance, and other business support roles while continuing to grow professionally.
