i have been a customer service representative for almost 4 years. provides good quality customer service. knows how to handle customers concern. can do verification of account, upselling new and existing products, order processing, payment processing, billing interpretation and provides basic troubleshooting. have had technical experience with sprint(mobile phones), charter (cable), quickbooks (accounting software) and smartbro (internet provider). Also, I am the Office Supervisor of a Collection Agency handling international accounts. Aside from supervising collection agents, part of the job is to do monthly reports, billing invoices to various clients, payroll and other secretarial jobs.
