I am dynamic and ambitious Architectural degree with 19 years’ experience included almost 9 years worked in Singapore from 2011-2020.Experience in various projects and constructions on luxury houses, home units, industrial and commercial buildings, urban design. I have worked in several well-known architecture and design companies. During my work and living in Singapore I developed strong skills for Project Management from 2012-2020 and continue here in Philippines to manage few private properties landed house, condominium and dental clinic which I believe will be valuable in this role My experience includes overseeing the maintenance and operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and profitable. I have a strong understanding of property management principles, including lease administration, budgeting, and tenant relations. I am a results-oriented professional who is dedicated to delivering high-quality service and maintaining a positive relationship with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders. I am skilled in problem-solving and decision-making, and have the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact. An excellent working knowledge of contracts administration is also one of my strong points.
