I worked as a customer service representative for a moving company based in New York as Customer Service Representative handling inquiries and appointment setting. Prior to this, I
worked as a Team Lead for a US PayDay Loan company handling 24 agents. My job responsibilities involves loan processing and ensuring that we meet/exceed the daily metrics set by our client.
I can work 40 hours a week or more if needed with less supervision and willing to start anytime. Thank you.
