I've done quite Customer Service / Sales job at Callworkz Philippines Inc. for 1 year and for Virtual Health Management Solutions as Health Advocate for 1 year and Intake Specialist for 6 years.
Also handled Admin Support for QAnnovate Philippines for 2 years. Have a skill that can perform multiple task simultaneously like navigation and data entry all together.
Worked as an Order Processor for 2 months, Appointment Setter for 3 months. Lastly, worked as an Inbound/Outbound Sales for 3 years.
I also know how to work with MS Word and Excel that i've been using quite sometime. Im able to perform each task satisfactorily and maintain a positive attitude and outlook. I want to be where things are developing, changing, and growing. And I want to make a meaningful contribution to that development and growth.

Responsible for assisting and generating new sales leads if possible. Set up appointments and find potential clients for the sales team. Hear out clients concern and resolved them in a timely manner. And conduct initial qualification of leads based on brief phone discussion

Completing all admissions paperwork and entering it digitally. Verifying medical insurance, scheduling appointments and addressing any patient complaints or concerns. Answering phone and email inquiries, performing clerical work, such as filing, copying, or faxing and preparing and maintaining patient charts. Complying with the regulations and policies of the facility and HIPPA.
