Profile Description

Aside from being a Liaison Officer for an insurance company, I also work as call center agent,answering clients inquiry/questions about their plan and also accommodating questions from possible new client. Besides that,I believe that my job here in our branch would fall to the category of probably multi job tasking and I have been doing this for almost five years. Encoding is also a part of my job. Keeping records of the documents that comes in and out of our office branch, sending reports to our main branch for updates on the activities here in the region.
