Business Coordinator

- Ensuring proper documentation for files (Bank File, Submitted Quotations, Purchase Orders, Invoice & Delivery Notes, Purchase Invoice, etc. - Preparation of Quotations, Invoices & Delivery Notes, Purchase Orders for Suppliers, Vouchers, Etc. - Maintaining Sales Log, Check File, Purchase Order & Purchase Invoice Documentation, Tender Bond, Etc.

- Prepare Quotations, Delivery Notes, Purchase orders for Suppliers, Etc. - Receive and arrange shipment deliveries and pick-ups. - Answering phone calls and redirecting them to the correct person as and when required. - Requesting updated furniture catalogs, samples, etc. - Site visit, inspection & installation for the project with the manager. - Make travel arrangements & meetings appointments. - Keeping a check on the inventory of office supplies.

- Review procedure requests and radiology images to ensure all match the ordering physician’s notes. - Review the accuracy of rendered radiology procedures to ensure the number of views requested are successfully performed. - Process and forward radiology images to the assigned radiologist for final reading.
