Experience: 5 - 10 years
• Issue invoices and account statements and perform administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts. Perform account reconciliations (including foreign currencies).Produce monthly and quarterly financial and management reports. Process, verify, and post receipts for services rendered. Report on Aged Receivables plus other ad hoc reporting where applicable. Manage establishment of quarterly revenue report as require by an Authority. Collection of payment , handle cash, credit, and check transactions with customers.
