Profile Description

I am a college graduate with a Degree of Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
I have worked in a business contact center for two years.
For my first year of employment, I worked as a Sales and Service Representative. My main task was to interact with American customers via inbound or outbound calls or the Internet for the purpose of passively (i.e.; order taking) or actively selling products and services. For my second year of employment, I worked as a Team Lead. I was responsible for supporting; coaching; developing and supervising a group of employees in a Call Center/Operations environment. My role involves using various tools; running reports; demonstrating leadership through acknowledging the fair and consistent application of policies while demonstrating a variety of coaching styles and techniques.
Currently, I am an English Secondary Language teacher at an international school.
I cater to Korean and European students.
As a side line, I used to write articles for my cousin who works for a website. So, I do know about SEO.
To add, when I was in high school, I have created a website for my favorite band.
Lastly, I am online 24/7.
I feel anxious if I am not able to check my email inbox. :D
