Profile Description

 I’m a dedicated professional with solid experience in office operations, technical support, and communications—most of which I gained through my hands-on work at the University of the Philippines Mindanao.

I specialize in maintaining agents' equipment, including conducting inspections, troubleshooting laptops, and monitoring overall equipment status. I also manage office data, handle documentation, curate content for social media, and maintain the office website to boost organizational visibility.

My responsibilities include facilitating webinars and meetings (both in-person and online), tracking project progress, and designing IEC materials with proper copyright considerations. I served as a Marketing Associate for the Continuing Education Program (CEP), where I supported communications, promotional design, coordination with agencies, and content development over the program’s two-month duration.

I also assist with administrative and technical support for various university units, such as managing office supplies, the Lactic Acid Laboratory, and the Bakery Pilot Plant, while helping the Chief Science Research Specialist meet key deliverables.

Outside of my university work, I run a small online store focused on automotive parts and services. I have experience in marketing, customer service, installation, and basic servicing. I’m also involved in the buy-and-sell car market, giving me broad insight into both the technical and business aspects of the automotive industry
