I worked at BPO industry for more than 3 years. I used to be a customer service for 2 and half years so I have the skills of what a tenured customer service is. I have a great active listening skills, communication skills, solving problems and great at working under pressure.
I am competent in offering customers the greatest service possible with complete satisfaction. By offering a precise, excellent, and timely service, I hope to forge a solid working relationship with my company. I pick things up quickly and give my all at work. After 2 years of being a customer service, I got promoted and become Escalation Specialist. I mastered the problem solving skills since I research what are the errors that the frontline agents did by thoroughly investigating the issue. I am also a computer literate that can absolutely help in any computer related work
