Profile Description

I am a Technical Lead for Business Transformation (Data & Automation) with over 10 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, reporting, and technical operations across multiple industries including healthcare, technology, and business process outsourcing.

In my current role at Sagility, I lead technical initiatives in data and automation, working closely with operations and stakeholders to design practical, scalable, and reliable solutions that reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy. I translate business requirements into technical logic, validate outputs, and ensure that automated workflows meet operational needs.

Prior to Sagility, I worked as a Data Engineer at TTEC, where I provided technical support for enterprise data warehouse systems, managed ETL processes, conducted root cause analysis, and collaborated with data engineers and DBAs to maintain stable and trustworthy data environments.

I specialize in ETL processes, data modeling, data quality management, SQL, and business intelligence reporting, with hands-on experience using Talend, SSIS, SQL Server (SSMS, SSAS, SSRS), Google BigQuery, Looker, and Excel, as well as automation tools for process improvement.

I am highly detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven. I document solutions thoroughly, troubleshoot systematically, and design automation that delivers measurable business impact.
