I handle incoming inquiries, leads, and customer requests. My main responsibilities include: *Responding to incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential customers. *Providing information about products or services offered by the company. *Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions. Guiding customers through the sales process, from initial contact to purchase. *Addressing customer questions, concerns, and objections. *Upselling or cross-selling additional products or services when applicable. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
