I am a Registered Nurse by profession. I work well under pressure and can function in a multitasking environment. I am good with research and organization.
Skills and experience:
I have more than 2 years of experience working as an English Communications Specialist.
I have worked in BPO for more than 2 years. As a Team Leader, I have handled a minimum of 14 Customer Service Representatives and managed to get a CSAT Average of 55.00% against a 60.00% goal, year to date of 2015. All this while at the same time managing compliance rate, AHT, Attendance, Quality, and delivering shift real-time management tasks.
I have 3 years of experience in Clinical support from a US-based EHR company with responsibilities of doing training, creating and auditing reports for MIPS-eligible providers, and giving assistance/support to medical providers. I am an expert in EMR/EHR-related work such as charting, scheduling, secure messaging, laboratory connections, order tracking, e-prescriptions/EPCS, and EMR/EHR QA. I have used the following EHR/EMR Software/Apps and I am proficient in Microsoft applications such as Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
I have more than 3 years of working as a New Patient Coordinator in an online treatment (telemedicine) for eating disorders from licensed therapists, psychologists, dietitians, and psychiatrists.
