Hi, I’m a detail-oriented Admin Support Specialist with a degree in Business Administration from Mandaue City College (2020–2024). I bring real-world experience across various roles that have strengthened my skills in data management, communication, time management, and customer service.
Before my college years, I worked as a freelance data encoder using Radmin Server from 2018 to 2020, gaining hands-on experience in data entry and remote admin tasks. The role ended due to the COVID-19 lockdown. While studying, I continued to build my professional experience by working as a freelance food delivery rider and a BPO call center agent at TechMahindra Cebu for 6 months, where I developed strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
