I was able to experience being a customer support, service, care and process associate while being a student at the same time. Time management is indeed required for me to be able to handle everything.

I test every single hyperlink on the page to make sure it actually works and takes the user to the right place. I ensure no links are broken during the move. I have a very strict eye for detail. When I transfer text, I read through it to catch and fix spelling mistakes, double spaces, and weird formatting issues so the final page looks clean and professional.

I review the client's web pages and manually fix or input the SEO titles and meta descriptions so their site is properly set up for search engines before we launch.

Since I work for a web development company, I am highly comfortable working inside the site's backend every day to upload, edit, and organize content smoothly.
