Profile Description

As a Quantity Surveyor and Civil Engineer, I have a well-rounded skill set in detailed quantity take-off and estimation, site monitoring, progress billing preparation, project estimation and bidding works for almost 10 years. My previous roles have strengthened my capabilities in critical thinking and time-management, including a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Below are the duties and responsibilities of my work experienced:
- Know how to make detailed Quantity Take-off for BOQ items.
- Good working knowledge in MS Excel, MS Project, MS Word Power point, Planswift and AutoCAD.
- Preparing both domestic and international bidding works.
- Prepare and analyze costing for tenders.
- Prepare cost effective construction methods.
- Preparing, checked and finalized required submittal forms and documents for bidding and tendering works.
- Analyzes and understand drawings, contracts and technical specifications.
- Collecting and reviewing past project data, reports & productivity.
- Ensuring project engineering activities comply with organization and contract requirements.
- Coordinating and conduct meeting with subcontractors.
- Organized a successful projects and ability to work efficiently under pressure to achieve targets and team working.
- Supporting and providing technical support to project managers and site managers.
- A team player to ensure each member performs best in a project to produce improved and effective results within strict deadlines.
