Profile Description

I have 7 years of solid experience in the banking industry, handling mostly operations and frontline duties. It is a very rewarding job specifically because it in itself an education. I am continuously learning new things and developing my interpersonal skills.
For more than a year now, I've been handling the Training Officer's position. As a trainer,it is my responsibility to assess relevant training needs of bank employees, to stay informed as to relevant skill and qualifications levels required for effective performance, and circulate requirements and relevant information to the organisation as appropriate. I also handle training deliveries, evaluations, and follow-ups as necessary. I have
designed training courses and programmes necessary to meet training needs, and have managed trainings via external training providers. I organise training venues and logistics required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery. I also make sure that all training activities and materials are constantly updated. Monitor and report on activities, costs, performance, etc, as required.
Being a Trainer developed further my self-confidence, helped me maintain and improv my knowledge in relevant field at all times.
