From October to January, I participated in a three-month training program that further expanded my skillset. I mastered CRM systems, learned effective follow-up techniques, and gained expertise in client communication through LinkedIn.
Additionally, I gained valuable experience in training new interns, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and applying them to practical situations.
Throughout this six-month period, I consistently utilized Google Apps, along with a range of other professional tools, including LinkedIn, Hubspot, LastPass, Just Call, Google Calendar, Excel, Clockify, Session Box, and more. This comprehensive experience has equipped me with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in an administrative role.
