I have more than 5 years of experience in the BPO industry. I've worked with different BPO companies
and handled different accounts such as retail accounts, healthcare accounts, sales account and financial account . I have been working as a customer service representative and I manage all incoming calls and customer service inquiries,
identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction. I supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. I'm the front line of support for clients and customers and I help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.

Prior to that, I was working as a sales representative for a small start up company doing telemarketing for two years. I persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs. I deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation and I go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales. During my time there, I was able to meet all of the quality scores for daily, weekly, and monthly reports and was awarded as top sales agent after just one month of being with the company. I learned to hone my multi-tasking and time-management skills, value patience, and above all, be a team player. I’m a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, so right now I’m looking for a bigger challenge and an opportunity to apply all my experience and problem-solving skills to your company.

And also, I worked as a risk dispute analyst in one of the bank in United States. I am the one resolving customer complaints, disputes, and chargebacks, as well as identifying and managing the risk factors that lead to them. In my customer-facing role, I deal with billing issues, damaged goods, missing shipments, and other common problems. And was awarded also as a top agent and best investigator of the year.

In any case you would require me to learn a specific program for this job, I am confident that you wouldn't spend a long time training me. In fact, I might as well learn it myself, like most programs that I know now. I can assure you that I can easily adapt to any sort of training or program that the job requires me to. I'm a person that requires minimum supervision once I've learned the ropes.
