- Ensures high quality of copy and other content through a meticulous process of research, information verification, draft-writing, reviewing and editing, and proofreading.
- Comes up with marketing and technical content as required by client, such as
banners, brochures, mailers, website copy, tutorials, articles, reports, manuals, ads and other types of content.
- Collaborates with requesting parties to ensure that standards of writing, such as quality, consistency, correctness, credibility and conciseness, are closely followed and upheld
- Identifies training and development needs of the organization.
- Plans, designs and develops training and development programs based on the organization’s and individual’s needs.
- Considers the cost of designed programs as well as assess the return of investment of said programs.
- Creates comprehensive soft skills training modules
- Establish company strategic recruitment and selection plan.
- Establish company strategic training and organizational development plan to meet personal, professional, and organizational needs of employees.
- Oversee the design and development of compensation programs to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels.
- Develop and maintain salary structure, job documentation and job evaluation systems.
- Direct the administration of benefit programs which may include health, retirement, death, disability and others
- Evaluate and recommend procedures and technology solutions to improve human resources management.
- Evaluate company culture and provide recommendations on changes to accomplish company goals and objectives.
- Develop and manage annual budgets for the division and perform periodic cost and productivity analysis.
- Recommend and establish company policies and procedures.
- Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop five-year and ten-year business plans for the company.
- Establish and implement short- and long-range company goals and ensures that such goals are aligned to overall corporate goals.
