For more than a decade running a freelance consulting business, much of my effort is put into full-stack development experience on a variety of platforms and technologies, I've built and co-develop simple to full-fledged web and desktop business applications.
Now interested in helping your marketing & software development agency in automation & improved web development workflow that gets your developers working, focus on bigger things than troubleshooting errors on your servers.
I train myself to have a strong background in Linux & Windows system administration that support my interest in web development, modern practices and principles as a Solutions Architect and a DevOps Engineer.
My recent work involves infrastructure automation & deployment, continuous development, systems integration, and reactive/proactive technical support. Then I decided to learn more about DevOps. Since then, I started to invest my time in writing and helping people learn the basics, so they can get on with their lives.
I help businesses in industries like motorcycles (Harley-Davidson), beauty products, general hardware for home improvements, health products, fire alarm systems, digital marketing, renewable & alternative energy, travel, Aquaponics farming, travel and tours and more. I'm not just helping them achieve their goals but transform their businesses and work with them toward the future of their business.
I combine my experience in web development and system administration with enterprise tools & services to solve and focus on bigger things in transforming their business infrastructure.

My two best quality in prior roles as a VA is patience & consistency. I trust the process of handling every failure that gets in the way and work it out. I anticipate and plan for the highs and lows. I optimize for learning. I applied these qualities to most of my roles as a Project Manager, a Senior Web Developer, a leader for junior developers. I believe that's the result from what I've learned helping hundreds of my clients get the best results they can get.
Communication is very important to me. It could be talking to clients, understanding project specifications, requirements, or delegating tasks to your team mates. It all boils down to a good communication between you and your client. And I believe that a good communicator is a must to every success in a business.
I write both for public and private consumption. I enjoy writing about starting your own Online Business, how to get successful in your business, and how to grow your business.
I'm very keen in improving my skills in Internet Marketing. So I always go around and look for top performers, read their work and absorb everything. And later hire them to coach. I also enjoy talking to entrepreneurs, retailers, manufacturers within my market which I believe would help me gain more insights on trends and learn from them. One community I'm affiliated with is at ecommercefuel.com.
There are tons of noise out there about Social Media marketing, Mobile apps, SEO, Google AdWords, Content Marketing et al. But a lot of those books, guides, strategies, tactics are outdated, total BS, only for savvies, or incomplete. And the end result is you'll notice that it did not and will not work within your business. Or it's not a good fit for your niche market. And a lot of things to consider.
My best qualities that I've mastered for over 15 years of Web Development are: > Lead a team. Not everyone can work with teams and overcome procrastination. > Learn & grow together with the business. Not only that I give advice as a consultant to almost hundreds of clients, but I also applied everything I have learned to my own personal development. > Paid by value. Almost everyone disagree with me at first when I told them that I'm paid for the value I create in their business. Later on, I've convinced them that my job is not that easy as coming into your business and make it successful overtime. We know that there's no overtime success or it did not occur a hundred times in many people. So I applied principles that are not proven only in a day, but are already invented & molded by the first buyers & sellers in the world.
For over a decade, I have proven to hundreds of my clients that I did not just transform their business, but be able to manage it consistently that they've got almost best results in all their objectives. My best qualities in managing specially your websites is anticipate system failures and recover quickly as soon as possible.
My programming skills come from different types of operating systems like Microsoft Windows to linux environments. I've been programming in C# and in ASP.NET interfacing with different sets of databases available today like Sybase SA, MySQL, Oracle DB, Access, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, and SQLite. I've done lot's of php projects since 2002 and started to use Wordpress, Zend Framework & MVC , CakePHP and Magento until today. I moved most of my recent projects with PHP MVC and started to exploit PHP5's Object Oriented Programming. I also got credits to students here at our place while sharing my knowledge and train most of them.
