My role encompassed inbound and outbound sales, upselling, billing, and multi-channel support. I also played a significant part in the company's growth by successfully selling additional services such as Website Design, Email Marketing, SEO, and Google Ads.
As a Business Development Specialist at Newfold Digital under Crazy Domains, I focused on outbound sales, specializingh in B2B and B2C relationships. My efforts in tailoring web hosting services to enhance businesses' digital presence showcased my ability to understand and cater to a diverse customer base.
Transitioning into the real estate sector, I served as a Sales Representative at Nations Info Corp, where I gained valuable insights into the unique dynamics of the real estate market. My time as an Inside Sales Specialist at Holiday Factory further broadened my sales expertise.
Currently, I work as an Outbound Sales Representative at Mpire Prestige while also freelancing as a WordPress Web Developer, Editor, Email Manager, Account Manager, and Digital Marketing Specialist. My freelance work over the past four years has honed my skills in web hosting support, social media marketing, and overall digital strategy.
