Profile Description

I am an MEP Quantity Surveyor (Pre-Contracts) with strong hands-on experience as a Construction and Mechanical Estimator, supporting commercial construction projects across US and international markets.

I currently work remotely for a US-based commercial contractor, delivering full GC-level estimates for office fit-outs and renovation projects with values ranging from USD 1M to USD 20M+. My responsibilities include quantity take-offs, trade scoping, subcontractor coordination, bid leveling, cost summaries, and budgetary estimates during early pre-construction stages.

My professional background includes MEP quantity surveying, pre-contracts support, and tender evaluation under FIDIC-based contract conditions, with experience in single-stage and two-stage tendering. I am comfortable working across time zones and collaborating remotely with estimators, project managers, and trade partners.

I am open to remote, part-time, or contract-based opportunities, and interested in MEP Quantity Surveying or Estimator roles within the UK, Ireland, Switzerland, and other European markets, as well as international projects.
