Hi! I’m Kaila, a motivated and hardworking aspiring Virtual Assistant who is ready to help businesses stay organized, productive, and active online. Even though I am new to the VA industry, I am eager to learn, highly adaptable, and committed to giving quality work in every task assigned to me.

I am currently a 4th year AB Psychology student at University of Perpetual Help System DALTA, a mom of a 2-year-old, and also involved in managing our photobooth business. Because of these experiences, I learned how to multitask, communicate with different people, handle responsibilities under pressure, and stay organized even with a busy schedule.

I may not have direct VA experience yet, but I already have skills that can help support businesses and clients such as:

* Canva editing and layouts
* Video editing
* Social media management
* Email management
* Calendar scheduling
* Data entry
* Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Communication and organization skills

As someone who also handled our business page and customer inquiries, I understand the importance of professionalism, creativity, and good communication. I am also a former volleyball varsity player, which helped me develop discipline, teamwork, and time management skills. Because of my background in sports, I am also comfortable with sports-related editing and content creation.

What I may lack in experience, I make up for with dedication, willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt quickly. I am a fast learner who can easily follow instructions, explore new tools, and improve continuously to meet the needs of clients.
