Accounts Payable Staff/Specialists

From my previous job, I am the one who process payments for the company’s suppliers, monitoring all the open advances that we made and ensure them that they will be settled and closed. And also, I am responsible for encoding and doing report for the withholding tax summary.

In my previous experience, I am resposible to: *Monitor accounts payable in order to make sure that they will be paid on time *Checking supplier’s invoice to make sure that the agreed price and tax schedule ID declared with the purchasing department match with their invoice price *Received, processed and reconciled invoices in financial management system *Entering and processing of invoices and keeping track record of it. (For processing, For ledger, For Signature to EO’s, For releasing of Payment)
