Profile Description

I am a Certified Public Accountant with 5+ years of accounting and bookkeeping experience, currently specializing in QuickBooks Online for U.S. real estate investors, rental property owners, and short-term rental businesses.

I help business owners maintain clean, accurate, and CPA-ready books through structured monthly reconciliations and strong balance sheet integrity. My focus is accuracy, documentation, and financial clarity — not just data entry.

My real estate bookkeeping experience includes:

• Full-cycle bookkeeping for rental properties and multi-entity real estate businesses
• Bookkeeping for fix-and-flip projects, including acquisition, renovation costs, holding expenses, and sale transactions
• Recording and reviewing HUD and ALTA settlement statements
• Tracking rental income and Airbnb/short-term rental payouts
• Proper classification of property expenses (CapEx vs repairs)
• Loan, mortgage, and escrow reconciliation
• Hard money loan tracking
• Month-end close support and adjusting journal entries
• GL and balance sheet review and validation
• Preparing Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
