- Assisting with trip planning by creating a list of potential destinations based on clients’ preferences and budget.- Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.- Organizing travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and - accommodation, securing rental transportation, tours, etc.- Managing relationships with travel agencies and suppliers- Negotiating contracts or rates with travel service providers- Providing excellent customer service; handling requests and complaints, keeping customers happy making sure that they are well informed and updated throughout their trip until end of services or return to their origin.- Handling important calls to airline customer‘s support for any concerns regarding the flights.- Improving sales & marketing strategies and creating new ways to be unique in the tourism industry- Creating invoices and basic bookkeeping, sending off emails for handling accounts receivable, ensuring clients are reminded properly in professional or friendly way
