Profile Description

I am a Virtual
Assistant. I have been tasked with Handling Emails regarding customers'
inquiries regarding our product and service, cold-calling potential clients,
and Emailing and calling our Suppliers, Partners, and Employees in Business. Handling
our Shopify Website and accommodating any inquiries from the customers.
 
I was also
a Customer Service Representative. I have been handling telco and healthcare
accounts. I have been in BPO for almost 4 years, and I believe that I have good
communication skills and excellent customer service skills to accommodate
anyone.
 
I was also
a Sales Representative and hit my goals in every account that I have been working
with. I have a good sales attitude, and I believe being consistent in hard work
while doing smart is the key to success for you to earn more and have growth in
your field.
 
I am hard
working and have a great sense of responsibility. I also have a good work ethic,
am professional, and easy to absorb the things that I need to learn for me to
grow and be a big help to the company.
