Profile Description

Since I came from three different kind of industry, namely banking, retailing and government service, I am most qualified in customer service oriented work.
Having worked with these different entities I have enhanced my skills in dealing with different kinds of people. In fact, while I was a bank employee, I was able to deal with different people coming from different nations.
On the other hand, my skills with the retail industry has further developed my skills in entertaining our customers and handling people under me as I have been a selling and counter manager of SM Department Store, the widest retail industry in the country.
My present exposure in government service has added a skill on my part not just on dealing with different kinds of people needing legal assistance, I am also a Court Stenographer.
Apart from my work experiences, I was able to finish my college degree as a working student and a university scholar at the same time.
