Profile Description

I took up Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Santo Tomas and graduated in 2019. I am qualified and certified for Bookkeeping and Tax Bookkeeping. I have also passed the Basic Competency for Local Treasury Examination (BCLTE) and the Civil Service Examination (CSE) - Professional Level and previously a government employee in my city under Procurement.
In my position as Subledger Specialist, particularly in Fixed Assets, I have developed skills in maintaining fixed asset records and asset fluctuation analysis which is a routine procedure in my previous role. We monitor asset acquisitions and disposals, prepare depreciation schedules, reconcile asset accounts, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. My attention to details, analytical abilities, and commitment to accuracy enable me to manage information efficiently and support informed business decisions.
In addition to my technical accounting skills, I am proficient in Microsoft Excel and Oracle System, allowing me to perform asset tracking, reconciliations, and reporting with accuracy and efficiency. I am also a highly organized professional who can work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
