I have a strong background in Customer service.Experience wise, working in the industry for the past 9 years would speak for itself...providing Quality customer service or even working as a Virtual assistant(taking orders,updating clients) is
second nature to me,having worked in different kinds of accounts(financial,appointment setting,tech support even sales)gave me the skills needed to work on a wide range of task. (data encoding,transcribing creating reports,proposals) working under pressure,meeting deadlines would not be a problem,this are the things that i got used to working with different companies and accomplishing this task with SPEED and ACCURACY would be one of my main traits.
