Profile Description

I have worked in the solar industry for five years as a Quality Engineer, focusing on quality control and assurance to enhance the customer experience.

My role involved auditing design accuracy and ensuring quality throughout the design processes. I was responsible for creating standard operating procedures for production and coaching the Design Team. Additionally, I have experience in performing detailed photovoltaic (PV) system designs using the Aurora Program.

I understand the relevant business units involved in creating design packages based on customer requests. I regularly collaborate with Design Engineers and the Team Lead to ensure alignment in our design processes.

While I have some experience in solar permitting and plan set for projects in the U.S., I believe that working with your team will help me further grow within the industry I have chosen.

I am highly trainable and ready to adapt to any new processes I may encounter during my tenure with your company.
- I am capable of completing 20-30 Aurora proposal designs in an 8-hour workday with 98-100 accuracy and efficiency.
- I utilize various mapping tools such as Nearmap, Google Earth, Zillow, EagleView, and Google Maps to verify address locations before creating proposals.
- I am knowledgeable about fire code setback guidelines and other regulations required by each state in the U.S.
- I provide PV layout proposals that include array layouts and shade analysis for each roof plane.
- I am responsible for both basic and detailed design deliverables for a complete design package, including array layouts, shading analysis, PV-inverter sizing, single-line diagrams, bills of materials, and output estimations.
- I ensure that all designs comply with fire code setback guidelines and other state-specific regulations.

I look forward to the opportunity to work with you. Thank you!
