Profile Description

I am a very quick learner and have the ability to think on my feet. I am quite skilled in written and spoken English. I have used the skills mentioned for the 3 cumulative years I have been employed by BPOs EPLDT Ventus and Teletech. It was with these 2 companies that I was able to work either individually or with a team depending on the task at hand. Multitasking is also one of my strong points. I have worked with MS Office applications such as Word before and with my experience with the aforementioned BPOs I can also work with specialized applications with the right amount of training if necessary. My background with customer service can also prove invaluable in dealing with people.
