been working in a call center industry for more than 4 years already..As a technical support representative who accepts inbound calls from customers that has some problem with their networking devices and also i was able to handle email support for those customer's who have no time calling in. I maybe a beginner with online jobs but I am flexible and i can adapt easily to a sudden change of work..I can work with less supervision..and i understand the dynamism of the business.
