Electrical BIM Modeller/CAD Drafter

- Working with clients to create detailed models based on their needs, including identifying project goals, objectives, and constraints. -Developing construction drawings and other design documents using computer-aided design (CAD) software. - Communicating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all parties are on the same page. - Coordinating with other members of the BIM team to ensure that all components of the model are up to date. - Creating 3D models of buildings using computer aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD or Revit. - Creating 2D drawings of building elements such as walls, columns, windows, doors, plumbing, electrical fixtures, etc. using architectural or engineering software packages. - Creating 3D models of building components such as structural supports, stairs, railings, and columns. - Developing drawings to show how construction will take place based on the design provided by architects or engineers.
