I've been taking calls since 2011 as Telemarketer and sales representative. I was calling 50 states in the US to sell and assist clients and customers with our products and services. I was a former customer service representative for about a year to an American company as well. My job as a Customer service rep. I am handling inbound calls, callbacks to our customers about their concerns, complaints, and cancellations of their service. I used to manage bank accounts, charges of the customers, calling their banks to confirm the charges and refunds as well. I'm knowledgeable with CRM, MS Excel, MS Word, PDF, and PowerPoint presentations. I can multi-task and am well oriented in handling customers.I would love to work full time and long-term immediately. I have a good attitude and am a team player as well and I believe in attitude over skills to grow together with the business.
