Before transitioning to virtual assistance, I worked as a Test Hardware Technician at Analog Devices, where I handled technical documentation, coordinated with engineers and technicians, solved production issues, and supported process improvement initiatives that reduced workload issues by 63–66%. I was also assigned as Officer-in-Charge, responsible for monitoring daily operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects stayed on schedule. These experiences taught me how to work under pressure, communicate effectively, and pay close attention to details.

I also have hands-on experience managing social media accounts, creating promotional content, handling customer interactions, and managing product listings for an online store. These experiences strengthened my ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly to changing business needs.

I am proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, and I am continuously expanding my skills to provide even better support to clients.
