Profile Description

I help e-commerce businesses maintain efficient operations and accurate financial records through a combination of e-commerce support and bookkeeping services. My experience includes order processing, supplier coordination, bank reconciliation, invoice management, expense tracking, financial reporting support, and multi-store e-commerce reconciliation.

For more than four years, I supported a US-based e-commerce company, processing over 100 Walmart orders daily and reconciling financial records for more than 70 Amazon and Walmart stores. I have hands-on experience working with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Microsoft Excel (Formulas and Pivot Tables), Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and internal tracking systems.

I am available for part-time work, 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM in Philippine Standard Time (PHT), or overlapping with US business hours as needed. I am interested in a long-term position where I can become a reliable part of the team and contribute to the company's growth over time.
