I specialize in property management support, with hands-on experience running the day-to-day in AppFolio and Guesty across U.S. markets. I coordinate turnovers end to end, manage maintenance workflows through Propertymeld, handle AR and delinquency follow-up, process invoice approvals, and keep move-ins, move-outs, and owner communication on track, across multiple markets at once.
What sets me apart: I'm an AI-augmented assistant. I build repeatable systems, checklists, trackers, and automations, so nothing falls through the cracks and the work scales without the chaos.
