• Coordinating with various departments such as flight operations and security, to ensure passenger flow and adherence to safety protocols.
• Resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Facilitating boarding procedures and ensuring compliance with airline and airport regulations.
• Assisting passengers with rebooking or rerouting in the event of flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to passenger interactions and services provided.
• Process ticket reservations, modifications, and cancellations using reservation system.
• Provide assistance and guidance to passenger during boarding and disembarkation.
• Collaborating with airline and ground handling staff to ensure efficient and effective passenger serviced operations.
