I am a skilled typist and I also do proofreading and editing of any written articles. I used to work for 3 BPO companies in Manila for the last five years. My last employer was TeleTech Customer Care Management Philippines Inc. as a back of house consultant. Prior to that, I have been a collections agent for Washington Mutual and a technical support agent for Sony USA. I have been interacting with american customers since I started working with BPO companies. I am very flexible, hardworking and competent. I am result oriented, patient, willing to learn and can work on any time that will fit your schedule.
