I am currently working in a non-voice/text messaging call center company. My work involves answering customer texts through the internet. A question is sent to us, we research the answers and send it back to the customer in a matter of minutes. Questions range from directory assistance to basically anything under the sun. I also had a short stint in medical transcription. I worked for 5 months in a local company several years ago. I am also a dentist but limits my hours of practice because of a back injury.
