I recently completed a 6-month contract with one of the Philippines' reputable BPO companies, which included one month of intensive training and five months of hands-on experience in customer support. During this time, I developed expertise in handling email support, live chat assistance, inbound customer service calls, and outbound calls. This experience strengthened my communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and customer relationship management skills while working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

In addition to my BPO experience, I have strong writing and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for grammar, clarity, and accuracy. I take pride in producing polished, professional communication and ensuring that every detail meets high standards.
