We assist customers who have concerns with their service through social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Forums. We handed billing, retention, technical and account management. We made sure to maintain the customers good impression and made sure to meet their needs and wants. Our daily goal is provide excellent customer service by providing self service options that may also be useful for other customers since our responses are visible in public.
